Acceptance testing of my new Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra phone, on February 25, 2022. For this adventure, I shot mostly in macro, because this phone's camera was supposed to do really well with macro. The phone did quite well.

Abandoned Ramada Inn, Petersburg, Virginia, April 15, 2022
Abandoned former Ramada Inn in Petersburg, Virginia. This facility was built in 1973, and operated as a Ramada Plaza Hotel (i.e. a big Ramada Inn) for most of its time in operation, and later went independent as the Fort Lee Regency before closing in 2012. It has been vacant ever since. There were plans at one time to renovate and reopen the hotel, and a sign was standing in front of the hotel to that effect, but those plans ultimately fell through, and the city is now going through the legal process to have the building demolished.

DASH Orion V farewell, July 1, 2022
Farewell event put on by DASH in Alexandria, Virginia to commemorate the retirement of the last of the Orion V bus model from DASH's fleet. DASH had operated Orion buses since the agency's founding in 1984, initially operating the Orion I model, and later the Orion V.
