Landmark Mall, January 24, 2017
Landmark Mall was an enclosed shopping center in Alexandria, Virginia. The facility was constructed as an outdoor mall in 1965, and enclosed in 1990. The facility closed permanently on January 31, 2017 for a redevelopment project, which will convert the property into a mixed-use town center-style development. Photos shown here were taken on January 24, 2017, approximately one week before the mall closed for good.
