A pallet of cooking appliances on the salesfloor at the Walmart in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. The pallet is still wrapped, and marked with a sign indicating that the merchandise is not for sale until November 14, i.e. the next day. Due to the desire to limit crowding, ostensibly to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Walmart and other retailers spread out "Black Friday" sales in small bits over the span of several weeks, rather than a single event. This was one such instance.
