Interior of car 9310, an IRT R33S car, manufactured by the St. Louis Car Company in 1963. As delivered, these cars were painted in a blue and off-white color scheme, known as "Bluebird". The R33S fleet, along with the R36 fleet, was rebuilt in 1985 and given a red paint scheme, known as "Redbird". These cars were retired in the mid 2000s.
