Suncoast Motion Picture Company store at Monmouth Mall in Eatontown, New Jersey. While Suncoast mostly sold movies with some related merchandise in its heyday, today, like most other chains owned by Trans World Entertainment, the store now mostly sells entertainment-related trinkets. Note that the "Motion Picture Company" sign is not lit, perhaps intentionally due to this changed focus.
