Signage at the southbound car rest area along Interstate 95 in Dale City, Virginia advising travelers not to take paper or soap products from the restrooms. This sign became necessary due to stay-at-home ("lockdown") orders, which caused a run on paper and cleaning products, as people made purchases the way that they would if there was a winter storm on the way.
