Outdoor dining area in the parking garage at Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, Maryland. This was the solution to allow people to consume food at the mall following government orders banning indoor dining, ostensibly to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The result was less than pleasing, with patrons' eating a meal amongst the noise of cars, and with the smell of exhaust fumes in the air.
