Sign at Vineyard Vines at Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, Maryland, advising customers not to try on merchandise over their clothes. I can only assume that this sign became necessary because, with the closure of fitting rooms, ostensibly to prevent the spread of COVID-19, customers began trying on clothes on the salesfloor over their clothes to see how things fit, which defeated the alleged reason for closing the fitting rooms in the first place.
