Former Pier 1 Imports space in the Twinbrook Metro Center shopping center in Rockville, Maryland. Pier 1 vacated this location in 2014 in favor of a new store half a mile down the street.

After Pier 1 vacated, a Salvation Army thrift store opened in the space. This location closed with the government-mandated closure of "non-essential" businesses prompted by the COVID-19 pandemic, and never reopened at this location. The Salvation Army relocated to a new space in Metro Pike Center while shut down due to a pending redevelopment of this property.
