Former Walmart store in the Statler Crossing shopping center in Staunton, Virginia. Walmart opened its Statler Crossing location in December 1989, and relocated to a Supercenter on Richmond Avenue in September 1995 (the area's first Supercenter). Despite using the building style and floorplan that Walmart would be known for in the early 1990s, this store received the decor package that Walmart was known for in the 1980s, i.e. a brown exterior with orange and blue accents and a tan interior, and also had a single large vestibule rather than separate vestibules for entrance and exit.

The rightmost third of the building was remodeled into a location of Sun Television and Appliances, which operated in the building for less than a year before the entire company folded in 1998. For that, the area over the entrance was painted red, and Sun's logo was placed in the space.

The building became Building C for Federated Auto Parts in the early 2000s, and was painted in Federated's colors of gray, blue, and orange at that time. This was Federated's first acquisition in the Statler Crossing shopping center. They would later take over the former Rack & Sack store at the other end of the center and most of the remainder in the following years. Interestingly, due to Federated's repaint, which primarily used gray and blue, this building now resembles a Walmart store of this building type more than it ever did when it was Walmart.
