Restaurant Row section of the Boulevard at the Capital Centre, an outdoor shopping center adjacent to the Largo Town Center Metro station. The shopping center was largely empty by the time that this photo was taken, with only two restaurants, Panda Express and Silvestre Chicken, remaining open. The shopping center had closed entirely by 2017, and was demolished in order to construct a hospital on the site.
