Water fountains at the Barnes & Noble store at Valley View Mall in Roanoke, Virginia. The water fountains are closed, ostensibly to limit the spread of COVID-19. However, noting the sign directing customers to the cafe to purchase bottled water in lieu of the free water from the fountain, I suspect that the reason that the fountains were still closed at this point was to sell more bottled water.
