Restroom at Virginia Square-GMU, a station on the Orange and Silver Lines of the Washington Metro system in Arlington County, Virginia. Based on the size of the room relative to the number and placement of the fixtures, I can only assume that this restroom was originally intended to accommodate multiple people, but has since been modified to be single-occupancy.
