Demolition progress at the former Staunton Mall as of December 16, 2022. Staunton Mall closed at the end of 2020, and demolition began in 2022. This photo shows the space underneath a small remaining roofed section of the mall, directly over Belk's former mall entrance. Note that the ceiling is still largely intact.
