Renovations underway on the fifth floor of the Chelsea Hotel in downtown Toronto. At the time of my stay, the Chelsea was most of the way through a refurbishment, which updated all of the guest floors with new wall treatments, furniture, lighting, and carpeting. At the time that this photo was taken, it appeared that the demolition and prep work on the fifth floor was complete, and the new finishes were ready to go in.
