Former CARTA bus 3426, a 1996 New Flyer D35HF, parked in front of the Kohl's department store at The Market at Oakland, a shopping center in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. This is unfortunately where this trip ended, as the bus had begun experiencing significant mechanical problems, which necessitated that it be towed to a shop for repairs. While we were waiting for a road mechanic as well as the tow truck to arrive, we peeled off most of the advertising wrap, revealing the bus's original CARTA livery for the first time in several years.
