A vacant space which originally housed a Circuit City, and later was home to a Bottom Dollar store, at the former City View Center, now known as Highland Park. This property began life as a shopping center, but fell on hard times following a mass exodus of tenants that began in 2008 with the closure of the Walmart store on the property, citing structural and electrical concerns, as well as issues related to methane gas that stemmed from the construction of the property over a former landfill. The former shopping center was repositioned for light industrial use in the early 2020s.
