Former Walmart building at the former City View Center shopping center in Garfield Heights, Ohio. The shopping center fell on hard times beginning in 2008 after Walmart closed its location, citing structural and electrical concerns, as well as issues related to methane gas, all stemming from the facility’s being built on top of a former landfill. The former shopping center was repositioned for light industrial use in the early 2020s, and the former Walmart building was renovated to house facilities for Mpac Switchback and Moxillo Transport.
