Aerial view of Stuarts Draft Elementary School, one of two public elementary schools in Stuarts Draft, Virginia. The current facility was built in 1995, and replaced an older school located on Draft Avenue (this older facility now operates as Guy K. Stump Elementary).
The current school is architecturally identical to Edward G. Clymore Elementary School, which was built at the same time and opened the same year. As built, the two schools differ only in decorative elements. This is normal practice for Augusta County, which typically builds a design multiple times in different locations.
