Federal Signal STH-10A siren mounted to a small tower at the Quinton Fire Company in Quinton, New Jersey. Considering the aged appearance of this siren, as well as the presence of another siren on the property, I suspect that this unit was abandoned in place a long time ago, having been replaced by the other siren.
