The March on Crystal City (formally the March on the Pentagon) was a protest against the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, organized by ANSWER Coalition, and held on March 21, 2009. The march began at the Lincoln Memorial, and demonstrators marched over Memorial Bridge into Virginia, through the Pentagon parking lot, and along Old Jefferson Davis Highway (now Long Bridge Drive) and through the Crystal City neighborhood in Arlington.
