Sign warning pet owners not to allow their dogs to relieve themselves in a flower bed planted around a tree in front of the Webster House condominium building in Washington DC's Dupont Circle neighborhood.

I am of the opinion that obnoxious signs such as these are worse than the original problem of pet waste in a flower bed, because it blatantly advertises to everyone that a problem exists.
