Triadelphia Reservoir, which is formed by the impoundment of the Patuxent River via Brighton Dam. View is from the road on top of Brighton Dam. The Patuxent River and Triadelphia Reservoir form the boundary between Montgomery and Howard County, Maryland. The dam and reservoir are operated and maintained by the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission to provide drinking water to area residents.
