108 Forest Springs Drive, in Stuarts Draft, Virginia. At the time that this photograph was taken, the house was undergoing an expansion, adding a two-car garage with additional rooms above.

Personally, I think that the expansion destroys the balance of the house, as the floor levels on the original house and the expansion do not line up. Because of that, it's quite clear that the garage section was not part of the original building, while a properly-executed addition should appear from the outside as though it had always been there.
