Landmark Mall was an enclosed shopping center in Alexandria, Virginia. The facility was constructed as an outdoor mall in 1965, and enclosed in 1990. The facility closed permanently on January 31, 2017 for a redevelopment project, which will convert the property into a mixed-use town center-style development.
This photo, taken a week before the mall closed, shows an empty store on the upper level. It appears to have been a clothing store of some sort, but I don't know which company it was built out for. The paintwork on the ceiling also makes me think that another store might have occupied the space after the original tenant left.
