Aldi grocery store on Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring, Maryland. This building is housed in a former Safeway building, and housed a Staples prior to becoming Aldi. The Aldi renovation built an entirely new facade, completely concealing the Marina-style architecture, but the ceiling, including the wooden beams, were preserved in the renovation.
