Bar area at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott in downtown Norfolk, Virginia. At the time that this photo was taken, hotel bookings were down and the place was practically deserted due to pandemic-related lockdown orders in effect in Virginia. Coupled with a ban on indoor dining, the bar was closed.
