Former Cici's Pizza restaurant in Rockville, Maryland. This location closed abruptly in March 2020 with the government-mandated ban on indoor dining in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and never reopened. At the time that this photo was taken, the permanent closure of this location had already been announced, but the restaurant still appeared frozen in time, as it had not been vacated or otherwise touched in any way since it closed for the night on what ended up being its last day of business.
