Colonial Properties-era sign directing patrons to the mall restrooms, as well as the movie theater. Colonial Properties Trust owned Staunton Mall from 1998 to 2007, renaming it from Staunton Mall to "Colonial Mall Staunton". The next owners, First Republic Group Realty, restored the Staunton Mall name, and replaced the Colonial Mall logo on directional signage with the new post-Colonial Staunton Mall logo.
