A white System Sensor SpectrAlert classic strobe flashes at the Sears store at Colonial Park Mall in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Considering that the "fire" lettering was covered over, I suspect that this is not being used for fire alarm purposes. I don't know why it was flashing, but everyone in the store was ignoring it.
