Four-aspect signal governing the exit to a siding in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. This particular siding runs through the parking lot of the White Sulphur Springs Amtrak station, and is not used for train movement. As such, this signal always displays a red aspect, and a derail device is in place near the turnout in order to prevent rail vehicles from entering the siding or fouling the mainline.
