“CLEAN KIDS DIE” sticker on a newspaper box along West Cary Street in Richmond, Virginia's Carytown neighborhood. In researching this, all that I could find was that this was apparently a graffiti campaign of sorts in Richmond, but nothing about any meaning behind it. I assumed that it meant something about living life to the fullest, with the idea that the immune system needs a lot of practice to stay in tip top shape. But I could be reading more into it than I should. Who knows.
