Elyse Horvath and Fred Donaher are buckled into the front seat together in our rented Jeep Renegade. Elyse and I were heading out on a weeklong trip to Tennessee, and as such, the car was packed to the gills, which completely filled the back seat, where someone would have otherwise sat. Buckling them in together was our solution so that everyone would have a seat belt. We only did this for a short drive in Roanoke, as Fred was not traveling with us to Tennessee.
