A Google Home Mini, one of several around the observation deck, is plugged into an outlet at the Sunsphere in downtown Knoxville, Tennessee. These devices were used as a public address system of sorts, to play background music at a low volume throughout the space, and kept in mute mode (thus the red lights on the front).
