Demolition progress at the former Staunton Mall as of December 16, 2022. Staunton Mall closed at the end of 2020, and demolition began in 2022. This photo shows a small remaining roofed section of the mall, directly over Belk's former mall entrance. Note that two planters still remain in front of the Belk entrance.
