Path along the roof over the lower floors of the Chelsea Hotel in Toronto, viewed from the hotel's seventh floor. Note the many cigarette butts concentrated in one area along the path. I assume that this is something of an unofficial employee smoking area, as the Chelsea advertises itself as being 100% smoke-free.
