Aerial view of Wilson Middle School, a public middle school in Fishersville, Virginia. The school opened in 2006, and was enlarged by twelve classrooms in the 2010s.

Wilson Middle School was Augusta County's very long-awaited fourth middle school, intended to alleviate severe overcrowding at Stuarts Draft Middle School. Prior to Wilson Middle School’s construction, Stuarts Draft Middle School had housed students coming from several different elementary schools across the county, and then after eighth grade, the classes split between Stuarts Draft and Wilson Memorial High Schools. This school eliminated that split, as students in the Fishersville area now went to Wilson Middle School and then on to Wilson Memorial High School, while Stuarts Draft Middle School and Stuarts Draft High School served students in the Stuarts Draft area.
