Handwritten sign at Tidal Rave’s 5 & 10, a gift shop in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. The sign admonishes customers not to open toys, warning that if they do open something, they are obligated to buy it. I always wonder if these sorts of policies are legally enforceable, but I’m guessing not.
