Elyse Horvath tries on a tie-dyed Bridgehampton hoodie at the Kmart store in the Bridgehampton Commons shopping center in Bridgehampton, New York.

At the time that this photo was taken, this store was the last full-size Kmart operating in the continental US. The week after this visit, the store began a going-out-of-business sale, and would close permanently on October 20. A Target store is planned to open in the space in 2026.
