"Who's watching?" written in chalk on the sidewalk during an Anonymous DC raid, which protested the practices of the Church of Scientology, held in Washington, DC on October 10, 2009. This was the first time that Anonymous raided outside of Scientology's new "Ideal Org" facility in the Embassy Building, at 1424 16th Street NW.
