Forman Mills store at 514 Rhode Island Avenue NE in Washington DC. Prior to becoming Forman Mills in 2009, this building housed Zayre, Ames, and National Wholesale Liquidators. Additionally, prior to visiting this store, I had never seen a building with this style of lighting combined with a drop ceiling.
