Date stamp on rest area pavement

Date stamp in the concrete pavement of the parking area at the rest area on westbound Interstate 64 near Ivy, Virginia, west of Charlottesville. The date stamped into the concrete is July 20, 1970, presumably the date that the concrete was laid.
