JCPenney store at Owings Mills Mall, outside Baltimore, Maryland. This store was built as a Saks Fifth Avenue, and later became a JCPenney. At the time of this photo's publication, this JCPenney is the only store in Owings Mills Mall that remains a going concern, following the closure of the mall's interior and Macy's announcement that its store would close in November 2015.
