Fire-Lite BG-10 pull station in the Sears store at the St. Charles Towne Center mall in Waldorf, Maryland. I have no idea what the substance is on the pull station, but can only assume that it occurred as a result of careless work during a store update at some point. The building also had Wheelock 7002T horn/strobes.
