Disused lower level at the Sears store in White Oak, Maryland. At the time that this photo was taken, most of the lower level was closed off to shoppers and used to store unused fixtures. Only a small sliver of the west end of the lower level was open to customers, to provide access to the portrait studio and the restrooms.
