Interior of WMATA railcar 3142, on the Orange Line of the Washington Metro. This car is one of many that were refitted with black resilient flooring instead of carpet. Additionally, the seat covers were changed to all be the "Potomac Blue" color first introduced in the 5000-Series railcars.
