Spicy Beef Mazemen from the Koreatown location of Kinton Ramen in Toronto. Kinton describes the dish as “Brothless ramen with thick noodles tossed in original sauce, topped with beef, homemade spicy kimupeño, onsen tamago, sweet corn, arugula, white onion, Kizami nori, and chili powder.” I asked for a fork, and I was all set. The meal was good, and it was enough to be two meals.
